Therefore, populations whose occupations related to rice cultivation should have a knowledge and ability in agricultural activities from soil preparation, planting, maintenance, harvesting as well as knowledge of digital innovation and technology in rice cultivation to enhance self-development in a systematic way and to increase competitiveness with ASEAN countries. The people involved in rice cultivation can systematically be mobilized through the professional qualifications system which strengthen the agricultural sector in terms of competency and skills development; thus, promote career stability, better income and quality of life, and agility to keep pace with the changes for the country's sustainable development and competitiveness.
