Taxis will be the first target transportation for foreigners to travel to various places; thus, it will be the first point of contact which plays a vital role in providing hospitality and creating a memorable tourism experience. According to the Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT), there are more than 6,000 taxi drivers who need to develop professional skills according to occupational standards and professional qualifications for road safety.
